Penn Highlands Square

The Office of Career Planning and Employer Services will be holding it’s bi-annual College Transfer Fair on Monday, March 31, 2014, from 10am to 2pm.  This event will be held at the College’s Richland Campus.

Pennsylvania Highlands Community College students will have the opportunity to meet with over 40 representatives from regional colleges and universities, giving students the ability to learn more about their transfer options.  Some of the colleges attending include the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, University of Pittsburgh, Penn State-Altoona, Juniata College, Shippensburg University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ohio State University, Saint Francis University, and Mount Aloysius College.

Penn Highlands Square

The Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Career Planning and Employer Services Office will be holding its annual Job and Internship Fair on Wednesday, March 26th, from 10am to 1pm. This event will be held at the College’s Richland Campus at 101 Community College Way, Johnstown, PA.

The Job and Internship Fair is open to all degree-seeking students at Pennsylvania Highlands, alumni of Pennsylvania Highlands, all community veterans, and students attending a WestPACS member school. Job opportunities at this event will include full-time, part-time, and summer internship possibilities. Pre-registration is not required. Registration opens on-site the day of the event at 10am. Interested individuals should bring copies of their resume and to wear professional attire.

More than 30 businesses will be on-location to recruit for full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Meet with representatives from First National Bank, Somerset Hospital, WJAC-TV, JWF Industries, Windber Country Club, Pennsylvania State Police, Alternative Community Resource Program, The Learning Lamp, Corle Building Systems, and more!
