blair_ipad_winnerCongratulations to Zach Bender, the winner of the College’s Blair Center iPAD give-a-way. Zach Bender, of Altoona, will be attending the Blair Center this fall. He is seeking an associate degree in Criminal Justice. With his degree in hand, Zach looks to work in law enforcement.
